Do you think the public around shall be seeing movie when passengers open fans and take home???How can they take them out of the station?? The Fans may not have been fixed after being removed for repairs....Please don't come up with fake logic..
The Electrical appliances in trains run on a different voltage than the common household ones.
Honestly I will blame the Railways only. If they can't protect their property they have no right to be in the business of transportation. Railways pay millions of rupees(Tax Payers money) to the security personnel for what? Again I don't buy the story of passengers don't want it as temperatures soar over 45 degrees celsius during summer.
