In reality station pick ups usually don't work. I have tried in more than a dozen places in India and they never work. Drop off is okay. Taxi and auto mafia around RS and Bus Stations is very strong. Good Luck if it works for you.
Sure it is working for me fine(both pick up/drop) and these are the best services in Coimbatore, people can rely on this.
