These new station buildings are just awesome.The place is also mesmerizing amidst lush green tea gardens and backdrop of hills.this station is the centre point of the whole duars and can serve as an effective tourist entry point.More trains from Kolkata and Delhi will definitely help.Also needs to have stoppage of all long distance trains running via this section.More DEMU connectivity and good and effective rail communication with nearest railhead of NJP will definitely do.NMZ-CBD rail link once operationalised can also address the intercity travel within the region.

Agreed. Now a days many tourists use this station as a gateway of the Kalimpong District Mountains and the Duarse. So definitely more and better trains like SF's are required.
