This is an incident which occurs on regular basis in bihar...a group of students gather together and hijack the train...if someone resists he is beaten down by them...any one who travels through bihar must be aware of all this....

I have experienced Samta Express Bhopal to Itarsi, Gondwana Express Bhopal to Vidisha , Chhattisgarh Express Gwalior to Morena.
in West UP, RAilway network between major cities is not so much strong but still peoples occupies seats in Lichhavi Express ANVT to ALJN.

While we must refrain from targeting any one particular region, the issue is that more often than not the frequency of such incidents is more in certain states as compared to others....and unfortunately more in this part off India.
Having stayed in Bihar/Jharkhand and also stayed in western and southern part of the country i can say from my experience that such incidents are more in eastern part of India. It is these unfortunate isolated incidents which have ended up bringing a bad name overall to the state.

If some accident occur or emergency than what about gen and SL pax how do they contact lp and guard? In gen coach tte won't be avl , unka kya?
