This is how scissor crossing works.watch till end.
Scissor crossing is done when no proper loop line is available due to geographical limitations.

Then even i don't understand the need of Scissor Crossing if you can level it and connect it to the loop line.
Still I am no expert so there may be other parameters involved.
Can anyone highlight the correct reason?
