Any specific reason? Members please clarify.
Kakinada part of SR anytime in the past? If it is so then that could be the reason since Circar is the oldest train compared to Gowtami/Seshadri.

Still, this is a dedicated train from Kanyakumari/ Thirunelveli dists to Chennai.
