Grievance Description : Hi, Ref. my old Grievance regarding punctuality of 12397/98 Mahabodhi SF Exp, I have received letter from Zone that we will take appropriate action for train punctuality but still train is not get their momentum. You have also mentioned that train get late in NCR Zone. After all these scenario I have suggest that please take appropriate step to get train Diverted through MGS-BSB-SLN-LKO-MB-NDLS. It is very good route which is shorter than MGS-NDLS. Due to non heavy congestion train definitely maintain their Schedule. Details of Time Table as follows. GAYA to MGS - Same Timing MGS-17.47 BSB -18.20 SLN -20.20 LKO -22.00 MB - 02.50 NDLS -04.50 From New Delhi NDLS -14.05 MB- 15.50 LKO -20.40 SLN - 22.40 BSB -00.40 MGS -01.05 GAYA -04.30 Major Problem is to Place the train at Platform due to congestion of Mail Line and Shortage of Platform train not been started at their Schedule time so I suggest Train can further Extend to Newly start Hazaribagh Town (Section Koderma-HZBN),only 3.00 Hrs Journey further to reached HZBN. Without any further train start from HZBN it is very good option to connect HZBN to NDLS.
Current Status : CASE CLOSED

Details : With reference to the above, grievance regarding 12397/12398 Mahabodhi Exp. the complaint has suggested and alternate route for 12397/12398. That is via BSB-SLN-LKO-MB-NDLS and has also suggested alternate time table for the said train. The time table is basically look out of HQ/Rly.Board. However the division welcome the suggestion given by the party. We shall propose the valuable suggestion in due course to the HQ/Rly. Board.
