In that case let me HIGHLY recommend the railfan in you to latch on to the earliest opportunity possible of visiting this section.
Will be on this track very soon, when i plan my next trip to Goa with family via TVC Raj. :D

Based on my visit to both of them, planning that vacation to Kerala would be a better choice. Goa v/s Kerala is like Popular/Crowded/Cliché/Expensive/Beautiful v/s Offbeat/Silent/Unique/Reasonably-affordable/Heaven ly-Beautiful. :)
