Then what about china...??china is two times bigger thqn india and has even laid rail tracks upto lhasa...and every years adds 1000 km rail line to its rail network....i know trains cant run at 600 kmph practically and can run only on test tracks..but ir should speed up it's trains to atleast 100 kmph(average speed).
