any idea why trains are getting so late in Kanpur-mugalsari section. my travels plan are getting hampered as connecting train are getting missed due to late running of trains will this problem change in june

These are guesses, may not be true,
1- Expansion Work on the stretch may be giving percollating effect of late running.
2- Giving priority to Goods Movement over passenger traffic
3- Political rivalry that forces Govt to lag behind the laid out plans
