Today i tried to book tatkal ticket. It all went smooth and payment done. After successful payment it showed an error and ticket was not booked but money was debited, i used SBI net banking. When i checked failed transaction, there it was showing payment failed. I faced this problem before too but in the failed transaction history it showed payment settled but now its showing payment failed. How can i get refund?
