You need to specify from station, to station, PNR No, quota of travel etc., to get correct & prompt reply

You are still wait listed no. 5.There is every possibility that you may get atleast RAC. But tickets booked for journey on Fridays are bit difficult to get it confirmed. Anyhow, good luck to you
As you are boarding from an intermediate station your PNR comes under PQWL(Pooled Quota Wait list). This simply means that only if a similar ticket (ie. Pune-Guntakal Quota ) is cancelled you move up towards confirmation.
Normally GNWL quota moves up faster as it is from source station to Destination staion.
