Wished i could restore my comment, sadly IRI doesn't allow that. Editing would've been the right move.
Anyways, here it is.
The rule did say premiums don't allow 1As, that's the last I knew about it. This looks like an exception. My bad I didn't research before commenting. Great piece of info. Thanks for bringing this up.
