Dear Neeraj the PNR was downgraded to WL while charting so it was stamped as WL.Thats why i mentioned in downgraded by hastaging it...May be at a later point it would been released.
how it could be downgraded?
its a CNF tkt through EQ.

How its downgraded means since this train is running with different composition now than earlier full AC train...You can see the latest column. Also released means different accomdation provided via HO, where in usually new PNR is mentioned. In normal cases it would be Q-CONF.

But since while stamping first it was WL after charting & it was kept as it its usual procedure followed. These are few rare cases. I went as per rules of stamping :)
