Decision on Allocation of LHB Coaches lie with Railway Board....
Due to paucity of LHB Coaches... CR @ LTT uses mix of both LHB rakes/ coaches of 22109/10 and 12223/24 to ensure adequate maintenance of the same.
Seriously... LTT ALD Duronto and Pune NZM Duronto are amongst the strong contenders for LHB coaches...given the patronage for these trains..
