I had gone to Ooty via CBE from SBC on 23rd-24th April and returned the same way on 26th-27th April.
It was a revelation to me that disembarking from AC1, there was no available toilet in the Upper Class waiting room. We got down on Platform No. 2 and discovered that a Pay and Use Toilet is available outside the Railway Station. In addition, there was a Pay & Use AC Waiting Hall with toilet facilities in the Entrance Lounge area that required you to pay Rs 15 per head per hour for using any of its facilities.
