no I am talking about rake sharing of Kalka Sainagar and Kalka Katra Train, not the one you mentioned above...
lekin railway minister ne khud bola hai congestion hai. premium ya ac abhi to kuch bhi chalne ke chances bahut kam hai... Zones know that rush is huge between WB and RJ but they cannot do anything without board permission
