For Mr.venkat katragadda to commute during peak hours () from Borivli to BCT as mentioned by him, is he not aware that the Rajdhani leaves BCT at 16:30 hrs ? So, for travel from Borivli say at 15:00 hrs to catch the train at 16:30, where is the question of peak time ? Or, is any time peak for him ?

It would be beter for the you to travel with luggage at that perticular time. In Westren suburb, no offpeak time espeially between Borivili and Mumbai Central.
