Highlights :
1.ARP 30 to 10 days decided by zone
2.Cancellation allowed and 50% will refunded 6 hrs before

booking will be allowed along with e-ticketing
4. Current booking allowed but need to pay latest fare
5. Height fare will be 3 times of base fare +tatkal for last 20% seats.

Its good that they are allowing passenger to cancel the ticket with 50% to minimal cancellation charges.
But 3 hrs late running and full refund on cancellation is not applicable here.
