I had travelled in New Delhi - Bhubaneshwar Rajdhani Via Adra in 2'nd AC on 27'th April 2015 . As Soon as we Boarded and left New Delhi Platform, We were given Water Bottle and were given Snacks.
Day 1 :-
Snacks Comprised Of 1 Aloo Patties , 1 Veg Sandwich , 1 Bikano Sohan Papdi Sweet and Tea/Coffee Sachets and Hot Water In Plastic Kettle.

At around 7:30 pm - Soup was Served near Tundla Jn. Tomato Soup is Served which is good in Taste along with Butter Chiplet(In this case it is Nutrilite ) and Soup Sticks and Salt and Pepper Sachets.
At around 8:15 - 8:30pm :- Dinner is Served Comprising Of Paneer Subzi , Yellow Daal , Jeera Rice , Chapatis , Paras Curd and Pickle Sachet. Followed By Cream Bell Vanilla Ice-Cream( Not Seen in Pic ).
Order For Breakfast will be taken After Kanpur (Options are Veg Upma/Veg Cutlet for Vegetarians )
Day2 :-
Around 6:15 am Bed Tea was Served with two Marie Biscuits.
At 7:45 - 8:00 am Before Train Reaches Adra , Breakfast is Served Comprising of 2 Slices Of Brown Bread , Butter Sachet , Boiled Vegetables and Cutlets and Tea/Coffee Sachet.
At 11:30 am Again Same Tomato Soup is Served.
At 12:15 pm after Balasore , Lunch is served again comprising Of Paneer Subzi , Yellow Daal , Jeera Rice , Pickle , Parathas and Paras Curd , Followed by Cream Bell Vanilla Ice Cream.
Overall The Food Quality in this train has improved a lot. Dinner and Snacks from Delhi Base Kitchen are good. Breakfast is very good and Lunch is also good provided by Kharagpur Base kitchen. The Paneer Dish given by Kharagpur Base Kitchen is superb and one of the best you will eat in any Rajdhani , but Daal is just Plain Boiled Water (Tasteless). Rest all the Food provided is of good quality.
Train reached Bhubaneswar 15 Minutes Before Time and Cleanliness Provided on this Train has improved a lot. It was even Cleaner than Howrah Rajdhani( My return Journey was by Howrah Rajdhani ) Thanks to OnBoard Housekeeping staff who were cleaning the floors after every Meals and Toilets were cleaned after 2-3 hours regularly . Overall I had a great journey in this train. It has really improved a lot in terms of Cleanliness and Food Quality, From being the worst Rajdhani it has largely improved.
Beware , You can ask for Extra Dal , Subzi , Roti , Breakfast and he will Politely give but at the end of Journey in all coaches the Pantry Staff will come asking for Tips and will charge a minimum 50-100 Rs.
