on the home page of this site you will find a tab "Change Station"
In that just fill CNB or Kanpur
you will get all arrivals and departures at desired station

Actually the change station tab appears after the first instance of change of the name. At first time there will be only get arrivals / departures tab and arrivals and dep from new delhi. then you give the name of the station name and click on get arrivals /dep. after that the change station tab appears. Please check this
