Jab normal and regular cancel hai to ye b honi chahiye waise b iski behan patna mumbai premium mumbai pahuchi nhi last week
As an policy matter Premiums and Tatkal trains are not cancelled unless there is no other way.

Really an epic situation this is. Jo trains do do rake ke barabar bheed ka bhar utha rhi h unhe cancel kiya ja rha aur jo khali hai unhe doudaya ja rha hai.
