Between Rourkela-Chennai Route, the departure and arrival time of Asansol-Chennai (Ratna) Express is horribly late.
The buffer time at Rourkela Junction is about 2:30 hrs but if the train is late/doesn't arrive, you need to wait 3 hrs more for Ratna Express to arrive. Hence a red for your chain.
