Whether the population density is high or low, its ridiculous to stop a long route train here and there. Its wastage of energy , whether diesel or electric, time and comfort. Imagine a passenger boarded from TVC to MAS, till the train reaches PGT, how does he feel about frequent stops? I wish IR will work out under the new minister, and clean up all the extra stops for all the long route train in India.
Long distance trains needs to skip stations whether PGT or AJJ. What is the point in making all trains stop at PGT and AJJ.
TVC mail will help South KL people to reach MAS. It can have more stops at South KL. KPY, Vaikom Road etc can be added as stoppage. Simillarly 12695 can have more stops within TN and can run as SF in KL. Nilagiri exp timings are not suitable . It reaches odd timings in MAS-SA
TVC mail runs in perfect timing between MAS-KPD. 7.45, 9.45. Idle time for ONT. So let TVC mail stops in those station in that section where MAQ mail, 12695 stops
