WAPs may be unavailable or else loco links are yet to be stabilised. But normally all HWH bound trains do get WAPs.

Since this train goes to ET, WCAM 3 is a good choice as well. The train can maintain its schedule on time even with WCAM 3

before AC conversion of CSTM this train regularly change loco from WCAM-3 to WAP4 at igatpuri mean WAP4 is regular link.

even EMD or ALCO diesel loco also maintain its schedule then what the use of AC Traction
maybe an offlink......how does the loco matter ? I agree that WAPs should have been hauling this train from CSTM since its been ACfied. but WCAM 3 is already running on AC traction.

Extra E-Locos might have got Stuck at ET ELS SINCE many train are coming with Diesel link so they might have just transfer the Loco to mumbai
