13246 Capital Express taken in Winter of 2014-15 on 30-11-2014.
People can notice the fog in the pics..
This train runs approx right time upto Katihar only after which it lags too much till Dalkolah on most occasions.
But still the best overnight train to & from Patna from this region.

Yes, earlier it was upto Katihar only. Then it was extended to NJP and later to KYQ (4 days a week).
