1. Train has a halt of 80 minutes at Moradabad which is too too much better to make it maximum 15 minutes or reschedule the time table.
2. The cleanliness very poor, toilets smell very bad.
3. Unreserve, passengers use to board into reservation coach, knowingly or unknowingly, so need to give different colour to reserve coaches.

now a days train gets short terminated at moradabad and goes via chandausi. train is not going to rampur further. i had recently travelled on thiß train. You can also check on train enquiry site it shows CNC in front of MB stationd
