There have been several reports that IRI cannot be accessed from a few large mobile data providers like Vodafone, whereas the site works fine when accessed through others. The matter was investigated, and the findings are that the connections are just not reaching the IRI servers. This may be because of routing problems or other issues WITHIN the mobile networks. Since IRI is a very small site, such big mobile providers may not really care or be interested in rectifying such problems, and subscribers will have to suffer with such shortcomings.

Simple Solution : Use Opera Browser And Enable Opera Turbo. Opera Turbo Option It Is Available On Both Version(Desktop & Mobile) Of Browser. All Site When Accessed With Opera Turbo Enabled Are Routed Via Opera Server And No ISP Will Block Opera Browser Server. All Secured Websites (Https://) Are Not Routed Via Opera Server, If You Don't Believe Opera You May Disable Opera Turbo When Accessing Bank Sites. Attached Images Show Two Different IP Address When I Access Secured Site Google It Shows My Real IP Address And When Access Non Secures Site It Shows My ISP Is Opera Server. If You Encounter Error Such As Connection Refused, Access Denied Than Such Sites Don't Allow Proxy. Opera Turbo Just Act As Proxy Server which is Safe Because Opera Turbo Does Not Route Secured Sites Via Its Servers.
Hi everyone,
Some time ago, I was unable to access IRI/Amazon India etc websites on Airtel 2G/3G networks, while the same were running smoothly on other ISPs. After contacting customer care, it seemed they had no solution for that. So I gave up & decided to change the service provider. But one day while browsing, I came over the APN settings, where it was selected Airtellive.com. I changed it to airtelgprs.com and so got back the access to all the sites. Check if you have got the same problem with the APNs in your device Internet settings.
