When they say that more than 40% people in the middle ages and old ages suffer from sugar problem and have to take tea/coffee without sugar, why cant the caterers arrange at least one can of tea/coffee without sugar during convenient time? One has to walk all the way to the pantry car to get one. And the tea/coffee served in the coaches are invariably more of sugary water.
How to make this happen? Can any one help me? I am a diabetes patient and find it difficult to travel long distances.

Thank you all for the comments and suggestions. Sometimes distant expectations come true one day. This also could happen one day.
Regarding the train to Indore from Chennai (Ahilyanagari express), it is weekly train and most often very difficult to get confirmed tickets. I don't know when the frequency will be enhanced.
Now that Mamta will become CM, the next Railway minister can be from MP and do something for the passengers.
