भिलाई। पुरी-दुर्ग इंटरसिटी एक्सप्रेस की एक बोगी मंगलवार सुबह पटरी से उतर गई। हादसा उस वक्त हुआ जब ट्रेन को सफाई के लिए वॉशिंग यार्ड ले जाया जा रहा था। इस दौरान ट्रेन के अंदर कोई भी मौजूद नहीं था। जानकारी मिलते ही रेलवे के अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे और बोगी को वापस पटरी पर लाने का काम शुरू किया।...

Is this due to poor track construction/maintenance or something else? Although the incident is minor...
Reason dont know but its may be some minor mistake because only one bogie is derailed details will be come out on checking report by officials.
