But u well known to IR , this is not how works here... suppose , line is senctioned in 2016-17 than , final survey will be conduct , than railway board will approve than financial budget wud hv been prepared and after that the big Problem of land acquistion came ...which surely will take hell of time .... i think this all wud take more than a year ( my thinking) than construction will take more than 15 months and to ready for trial .... 18 months
