I have one query regarding 3A class.I have confirm 3A class ticket then can other passenger travel with me if he has 3A waiting ticket ??

Sir, this is against the law bcoz railway ticket neither is transurable nor can be travelled by another one.
If he has eticket then the same will be canceled automatically if it remains W/L. If it is Iticket or issued from Railway PRS Counter, then he can travel with a request to TTE.
No, Other passenger cannot travel with you even he is holding a waitlisted 3 A.C ticket legally. Afterall we are in India.If TTE allows, he can travel. I think you have to make TTE happy.
