so this another kind of real bad luck when you get downgraded from RAC to Waiting List (i suspect some VVIP last minute travel plans are adversely affected this PNR)
I think Late running of Its RSA counterpart 12628/Karnataka Exp by about 8 hours and unavailability/technical glitch in spare coach arrangement has resulted this Pnr outcome.
may after long wk end effect. was it in RAC b4 charting ? bad luck
