Actually both MUV and BCY have the space for constructing 2 new pf's and 2/3 washing lines, but not more than that. However as per the news items posted under BSB, they are planning for 7-8 pf's at MUV as well as BCY, this leaves very less space for constructing the yard. This may be one of the reasons for the Washing line at GCT, though not very surely.
