Mr. Rawat, thanks for your advice. But I want to tell you that there is already a new program of selection, training and execution has been introduced. You can obtain the copy of same from Indian Railway Admin. Dept. It is about to be implemented. The candidates who got selected without any pre-qualification basis of softwares' knowledge are really lucky because they are old hands of indian railways too.
Already a program of 5 months learning is also there, while working, under supervision of skilled personnel.
