The Rajpura-Patiala-Dhuri-Bathinda is a feeder route of Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor , taking up doubling and electrification of this section is on priority because of a feeder route also. See section 2.2.1.1 for list of feeder routes of Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor.
Yes and HSR is also being a feeder route Comming under 25T axle route (RE-HSR-LDH) & (HSR-BTI-SOG). Mostly all branch line are covered xcpt HSR-SDLP
