this train leaves tvc at 11:15: when it arrives at platform from yard and gets open to enter into coach?
20-25 minutes before departure or the train may be parked at any platform.
It will be there in PF before 1hr itself. But again depends, sometimes gets shunted late.
mostly it starts from PF-3 from TVC, anyway please check in the Digital board, to know the correct PF
