I think he took these pics after deboarding 12394..hence,tagged the same..
Ideally it should be tagged to PNBE and the EMD Loco as seen in the pic..

Wo kyunki SK ka link WAP 4 tha & SK is tagged. Hence, it means sense to tag it's loco link.
Actually tag PNBE and wo EMD ko karna tha..SK has no role here as its not in the pic..
And those SBs must be of PF-2 & 3..PF-3 & 4 of PNBE are not combined together..
