with effect from 16th November:
Train No. 06712 will start from POY at 04.30 and reach PGTN at 06.15 and from PGTN it will run as 56712 to TPJ.
Train No. 56713 will terminate at PGTN at 20.25 and from PGTN it will run as 06713 to POY, terminating at 22.15

Not sure how such an early dep from POY would benefit POY pax??
Don't really know. I think the time table is fixed in such a way that there is no additional pressure for parking empty rake either at PGTN or at POY. From tomorrow the empty rake of PGT-TPJ passenger will be kept at POY, while POY-PLNI rake will be parked at PGTN.
