Thats not correct, few days back there was news of Station development and railways identified CSTM, NGP, PUNE, SUR, NASIK as A1 grade stations.

again youor data is old look at new data based on link which I provided and based on that data IR is planning to upgrade the 400+ A and A1 stations in PPP mode....
