atleast giving some coaches for paxs 2s will be empty paxs can utilise full 3 seats as 1 seat if req

2S will be filled but it will run as general only. Many people in between also will get in.
i think that wont be a problem for ayyappa devotees(as most devotees will be 48days diksha(mala dharanam).most who cant book reserved tickets.for those it may be useful
