kindly let us know if any one knows this, i had booked Ticket in SL class under LOWER BIRTH Quota in the name of my mother she is 46 age, now she is not travelling for XYZ reason, can i change this ticket on my fathers name under the blood relation scheme where the rule is family person blood relation people can exchange the ticket. is that possible, second my fathers age is 52. please respond fast !! Yes u can with written application & copy of ID Proof along with ticket submission @ PRS Counter nearby!!
but sir, my father is not eligible for Lower birth quota, he is 52 and rule says for male person for Lower birth quota he has to be a 60 years. kindly clarify !!
