Is it possible to take a General ticket & board a Suvidha Special at any station ?
Weather TT will issue a berth with excess berth charges ?

As per rule the passenger will be charged as per last booked slab amount.
Try to book online or at Current Reservation counter of PRS if time is sufficient and berths are showing AVBL.
