Till the time LPs and TLC (Train Loco Controller) at Pune do not receive formal notice to that effect, Alcos of only PUNE, KYN and CLA Loco Sheds will be allowed to proceed towards CSTM from Pune! As per my discussions with staff at Pune today, they may receive such official instruction after 1 month or so (or even more time)! Hence, today, there was loco change at Pune from GOC WDG3A to PUNE WDM3D (for Pune-CSTM Run)!
