Couple of zones are not up there in these proposals.Wonder why didn't zones like SCR and NWR send some proposals to the RB? I guess it will be clearer when the pink book for RE is out.

Ekdum sahi kahe aap.4-5 baar Twitter pe Tweet kiya lekin koi javaab nahi.DRM Rajkot,GM WR aur GM NWR.Kinhone bhi reply nahi diya.Pakka PG pe dal deta hoon.
SCR me already kaafi line electrified hai.. aur kitna electrification kerwaoge..
