A change over tip for people in Twin city area.
If you are coming in a train from LPI side which is going to Hyderabad Nampally whereas you have connecting train from Secunderabad station or going to Secunderabad side , then check out if your trains halts at Begumpet.
Alight the train at Begumpet and take any Falaknuma Bound MMTS or else any other express train which suits your Train's arrival at Begumpet.

Falaknuma Bound MMTS all come on Pf 1 of Begumpet. This is bit tougher but very convenient and time saving.
Don't opt for going to Hyderabad and then auto or cab. That would be very costly and time wastage.
Also if MMTS is not present , then from Begumpet take Direct bus to secunderabad station.
Bus Number 10 and its associated numbers like 10H and others go directly from Begumpet to Secunderabad station.
Bus stop is on the railway overbridge (called as Greenland flyover) over Begumpet station.
