Railfan_SRDiv^~ 2414 blog poststhis train can run via diva panvel-karjat route,,shorter route,,anyways it dont have stops in between so it can take shorter route so that travel time will be reduced,,deccan queen,pragati,intercity can take panvel-karjat route(short route)as there r no stops and can be speeded with reduced travel time whereas the other three singhagad ,indrayani and deccan can take kalyan route,,,,railfans plss comment about it,,

CST-CLA is 4 lines... CLA-KYN is six line... KYN-KJT is 2 lines... KYN-Kasara is 2 lines...

Those two tracks are for LTT which is near to CLA... The small stretch also has eight lines that facilitate bypass lines to Panvel and Vasai road from Konkan railway n to konkan railway from Cst/ltt n from from WR to CR towards Pune and Chennai via Vasai...
Ccg-ddr dnt hv mail trains...all lines are dedicated for emus... Yes the line between ddr-andheri are 6 in numbers because of harbour line...

chennai has 8 to 10 fast emu at peak but its waiting for exp train to cross at some point from chennai central as both use same tracks,,,how wr adjusting tracks for fast emu and express trains at evening ,,,
evn CR is adjusting as fast emu and express train uses same track... its all planning and priority...
i hv seen few times that in Mumbai Suburbs even Rajdhani and other high class trains are made to wait and locals are given preference...
