what is so great about it? they are just making TT adjustments so PTA people can catch shatabdi. Patiala is not getting any shatabdi or even any new train at all.
They'll start new trains after completion of electrification and doubling here , but, till then it shall be a great relief for passengers who commute to Delhi via this Shatabdi. There are many passengers who go to UMB from Patiala daily; to catch this train via bus or other means (including me). Starting a shatabdi from BTI via PTA was not justified and they wanted to start shatabdi from PTA, but no washing lines here.
Sir it means a lot to Patiala Pta area people . IR shatabdi will get more evenue & patronage . They will get an assured service . Its an win win situation for all . Best solution at present .
