If this train has RSA with Tippu and Shimoga exp and its CDO is at MYS, why iis its train number starting with 127 series ? In the past its CDo might be at UBL division , but still havent they revsied teh train number ? and having RSA with Tippu and Shimoga its CC sequence is entirely different

Is it ? From the start i.e after extension to MYS and RSA , is the PM happening at UBL or is it a recent shift from MYS to UBL ??
No. These trains were maintainaned at UBL even before extension.
For most of the trains SWR may not change Number within itself since SWR is a part of both 126XX and 127XX numbering patterns even after extension within home zone.
But there are some exceptions eg. 16210 MYS-AII Exp

If it is so hampi's train number has been revised. when extended to MYS. what would be the reason ?
No. Hampi's train number was 16591/2 even before extension to MYS
