yes, but all these happens only due to rescheduling.
It have to halted before Thane(probably) due to passing of EMU trains, then after chased EMU trains up to ASO.

SV there is a golden rule in IR, a heavily delayed train cannot disturb the regular schedule of trains running during that slot. OT's will only be allowed where ever the scheduling train has a slack, otherwise Follow-On..
But then Sahil bhai when is the rule is not being followed when AC is on time and is made to trail Godavari or a couple of weeks back RJPB LTT /JBP GR , why shd it be opposite when Others are on time and AC is late?
Because, it is not mandatory to follow Golden Rule :D. Nevertheless, Zones like WCR gives highest priority to those trains which have maximum halts in their zone, because of the scarcity of premium trains terminating/originating in WCR. Priority = more revenue.
